Philippa has 14 years of experience with most of the big executive search companies in New Zealand and globally. With a passion for technology and innovation, she started out in technology recruitment and has since worked across most industries and role types – ranging from CEOs, General Management through to highly skilled executives.

Passionate about her career, she enjoys getting to understand how different industries work, and how companies within that operate. Philippa is recognised for the vigour she applies to research, knowing the market inside out and hunting out the most sought-after talent. Relationships are complex and role suitability is about much more than words on a page, experience, or education.

Philippa has a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Otago. She is grateful to be able to help clients all over New Zealand from her home in Christchurch, where she lives with her husband and two kids.
